Pathways

  • Dr. Tammy’s Pathways Framework is designed to guide you through every step, from choosing the right major to securing a career or pivoting to new opportunities. 


    Whether you’re exploring interests and potential college majors, planning your degree, considering real-world experience, or exploring alternative paths after entering the workforce, these four pathways-–Reflection, Navigation, Implementation, Transition-–provide the clarity and tools you need to move forward with confidence.

  • It depends on where you feel you are in the higher education to career continuum. 

    The Reflection, Navigation, and Implementation Pathways provide the stepping stones for navigation of higher education as it leads to a career. Most clients will find different elements of all of these Pathways beneficial in some way.

    For example, many clients will find that the elements of the Reflection Pathway could be beneficial in providing a clearer vision no matter what stage of college to career that they are in. Some may find that the Navigation Pathway is very specific for degree completion and is not specifically of interest, but that the Implementation Pathway provides beneficial ideas and strategies for finding an internship or entry-level career. 

    For those who want to make a pivot, they can find relatable ideas from the first three Pathways in addition to the Transition Pathway for ideas and guidance.

    In addition to the Pathway webpage content, Dr. Tammy will be adding free relevant content via videos and blogs on a regular basis that relate to each of the 4 Pathways to provide a repository of helpful information.

1-on-1 sessions

  • 1-On-1 Sessions cost $150 per hour.

  • A client can choose any college/career related topics. Each pathway has deliverables outlined, which give a high-level roadmap on how to best use Dr. Tammy’s services.

    • Use the button at the bottom of the 1-On-1 Sessions page that will take you directly to enrollment. 

    • You will then pay for 1 Hour and schedule the time on Dr. Tammy’s calendar.

    • You will receive an email to confirm your appointment with Dr. Tammy.

    • Any changes in the appointment time can be made up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. No changes can be made less than 24 hours in advance.

    • All sessions will be conducted in Zoom. To facilitate attending your session, please enroll in Zoom prior to your appointment. All you need is the free version of Zoom to attend the session appointment.

Concierge Service

  • Dr. Tammy provides the student support to respond proactively and timely to all of the challenges that students face during a school year. This includes the following (but not limited to): planning and registering for coursework, having career search materials prepared and ready for internships and entry-level jobs, as well as knowing how to make a transition or pivot if you feel like you're on the wrong pathway. This service provides unlimited 1-On-1 Sessions for one School Year.

  • The concierge service cost is $5,000.

  • Please schedule a free 30-min Consultation to discuss this service or contact Dr. Tammy directly at drtammy@drtammypao.com.

    • You will then schedule the time on Dr. Tammy’s calendar.

Pathway Packages

  • Each of the packages for the 4 Pathways (Reflection, Navigation, Implementation, Transition) costs $149.

  • The $149 buys 2 guaranteed hours of advice, and these 2 hours are scheduled at the time of payment (the button takes you to payment and scheduling).

    An optional third hour can be scheduled should the deliverable for the package not be completed, and this additional hour will be scheduled by and at the discretion of the advisor.

  • 1-On-1 Sessions are flexible and can be used for any academic or career-related topic, including content found within the 4 Pathway Packages.

    Packages, on the other hand, are structured around a specific Pathway (Reflection, Navigation, Implementation, or Transition) and include defined deliverables. These are designed for clients who want a focused, goal-driven experience with clear outcomes.

    The Transition Package is especially flexible, as it allows clients to customize their plan using components from the other three Pathways.

    • Use the button at the bottom of the Pathway page that will take you directly to enrollment for each individual package. 

    • You will then pay $149  and then schedule 2 hours on Dr. Tammy’s calendar. 

    • Should the deliverable for the package not be completed within  2 hours, the advisor will schedule additional time up to 1 hour (up to 3 hours are included in the Package cost).

    • You will receive an email to confirm your appointment times  with Dr. Tammy.

    • Any changes in the appointment time can be made up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. No changes can be made less than 24 hours in advance.

    • All sessions will be conducted in Zoom. To facilitate attending your package appointments, please enroll in Zoom prior to your first appointment. All you need is the free version of Zoom to attend the appointment description

  • How do I sign up for a webinar?

    • Use the button at the bottom of the Upcoming Events page that will take you directly to enrollment. 

    • You will then enroll and a link to the webinar will be emailed to you.

    • All live webinars will be conducted in Zoom and recorded. To facilitate attending the webinar, please enroll in Zoom prior to the webinar. All you need is the free version of Zoom to attend the webinar.

    How do I know if a webinar relates to this package?

    • There is a color-coded icon associated with each pathway and each webinar is labeled with the icon(s) that identifies the webinar content.

    What is the cost of a webinar?
